Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. We use the Square-up credit card processing application which encrypts credit card information.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

 
Notification of Changes
Changes may occur due to updating laws. Clients have the option to be notified via Email when changes are made. An updated privacy policy notice will be available at all time on our website: www.avenueofthepaws.com

Registration /Account Sign-up
In order to use our services, Clients must first complete the registration form before or during their first appointment time. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, phone number, address and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
