Shelly Andersen

As our Lead Groomer, Shelly sets our standards of client education, compassionate and considerate grooming, and stylized trimming. As an individual, Shelly bring so much more to the table! The passion she has for her craft, the deep love she has for every dog in her care, and the endless hours of entertainment through her typos and silly banter.

Her favorite parts of the job are working with timid or fear aggressive dogs and watching them flourish, working with little terrier/ chihuahuas mixes, and using her grooming to inspire and create a character/ showcasing personality with grooming. The biggest highlight for her is always helping senior pets feel their best!

Shelly has a knack for teaching and a hunger for continued education! When she isn't fine-tuning her skills, she can be found volunteering to help rescue dogs find their furrecer homes. She fosters dog on a consistent basis and stays on top of the latest information for dogs in need of second chances!

Shelly lives in Thousand Oaks with her loving, supportive partner and their pack of fur-babies 🐾
